Personal data collected by the Organization of Young Dental Doctors (OTMD) What information do we collect and for what purpose?
The personal data we process may include: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, date of birth, year of graduation from the Faculty of Dentistry, postal address, home address. This information is provided to us directly by the user when filling in and sending the contact or subscription forms to the Newsletter and is stored in the database of the site. They are used only for the purpose of contacting users who want to know more details about our activity or those who want to participate in one or more of our projects. This information is necessary to establish all the details of your participation in the activities organized by OTMD. Another category of data we collect is details about the interactions between you and us (frequency and timing of meetings, frequency of phone calls and their results), information that helps us improve our business, increase the quality of communication and streamline collaboration with you. At the same time, based on your agreement, we can send you various useful information about the activities we carry out, regarding the information posted in the online environment and news in the field.

Thus, the legal members of the OMTD team will have access to your data, as well as collaborators and legal partners (only if these data are necessary for their activity and limited to the absolutely necessary information).
How long do we keep your data?
We store and process user data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. We will stop processing personal data when they are no longer needed or when you withdraw your consent (if applicable) and there are no legitimate and compelling reasons to continue processing our data by us.
